comfortable hotels and a good infrastructure
regarding
excursions, sports and similar activities. There are almost infinite
possibilities thanks to the beaches, lagoons, rivers, islands,
mangroves and the
Atlantic Rain Forest.
There
is little or no
offer concerning: Boat rides, angling, rafting,
byking, offroad, motocross, trekking, tennis, golf driving
range, minigolf
etc. etc.
Courses and workshops: Dancing, manual
arts, painting, cooking,
gardening, languages,
sailing, aviation (a
small airport exists), trainings...
Or
what about raising an artist-village or a marina? This place is optimal for
long-term tourists and people who spend the winter months here (winter
does not
exist in Bahia): Pure nature, sunny and
beautiful, clean and safe, affordable
and
entertaining, a lot of space, kind
people, tropical fruits and fresh fish... Ain't
this
paradise?

and farms are still totally cheap.
